District Championship: Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at North Stadium at 5:30 or 6:45pm

All parents/guardians and their student-athletes must complete the following information to gain clearance for participation in the middle school athletics program. Electronic signatures are legally binding and must be completed by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.

Here's How:
- Families can receive 50% off select fees or not have to pay them at all. These include athletic fees, course fees, and activity and field trip fees tied to the curriculum. See the Fees Schedule
